Step one:
Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Unique Metallic Tab.
Choose the rounded rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 4px with anti-alaised checked.
In a new layer draw a #61B2DD round rectangle using the rounded rectangle tool. (width: 141 x height: 22)
Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Stroke, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
Step two:
In a new layer draw a black rectangle using the rectangle tool. (width: 142 x height: 12)
Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay.
Set layer's blending mode to Lighten.
