Step one:
Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Detail.
Choose the polygon tool and set sides setting to 3.
In a new layer draw a #415504 polygon. (width: 84 x height: 81)
In your canvas, marquee select your header size which will be filled with a gradient effect. Height of 60px and width of 800px.
Add the following layer styles: Inner Shadow, Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
Step two:
In a new layer draw a #415504 circle. (width: 47 x height: 47)
Add the following layer styles: Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
