Step three:
Select your brush tool from the main toolbar. Find the brush called Rough Rounded Bristle. It should be in the default selection at the end.
Set your foreground color to white.
In a new layer brush in random spots then erase using eraser tool with the same brush type called Rough Rounded Brisle.
Step four:
Set your foreground color to black. Select the brush tool and set brush to a 35px soft brush.
In a new layer brush as shown on the picture guide below.
Now to cut, Browse through your layer pallette and select the white circle you made in step one.
Go to Select > Load Selection > Default. Then go to Select again and choose inverse.
Navigate back to the current layer which holds the black brush slash on the button. Go to Edit > Cut.
