Step one:
Start with a large black canvas. Make a new layer set titled Unique Tabs v2.
Choose rounded rectangle tool and set the radius setting to 4px and check anti-aliased.
In a new layer draw a #845151 round rectangle. (width: 126 x height: 22)
Add the following layer styles: Inner Glow. Gradient Overlay, Pattern Overlay.
Step two:
Add a marquee selection around the round rectangle by going to Select > Load Selection > Default.
While the round rectangle is selected, navigate into Edit > Stroke > Width: 4px, Color: #FFFFFF and Location inside. The rest leave on default.
Add the following layer styles:Inner Glow. Gradient Overlay, Stroke.
Set layer's blending mode to Darken.
